Return & Refund Policy
At VELA & OAK, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.
After notifying us of your intention to return your order, you have an additional 14 days to return the item(s).
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return and refund, all items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be attached and intact.
- Items must show no signs of wear, stains, odors, damage, or alterations.
- Items must not fall under our non-returnable categories (see Section 3).
VELA & OAK reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted items (unless otherwise stated)
- Underwear, bodysuits, and hygiene-sensitive products
- Personalized or made-to-order items
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact our Customer Care team at:
Please include the following information:
- Your order number
- The full name used for the order
- Reason for the return (optional)
Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item received is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as VELA & OAK cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
6. Refunds
Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using your original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Partial returns will only be refunded for the returned item(s).
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time before the refund appears in your account.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include clear photos of the item and its packaging. Our Customer Care team will arrange an appropriate solution.
