At VELA & OAK, we proudly offer worldwide shipping. Please review our Shipping Policy below to learn how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Shipping Destinations

VELA & OAK ships to customers around the world, including (but not limited to):

  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • European Union
  • Australia
  • Canada

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer than usual.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • European Union: 3–10 business days
  • Australia & Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are based on:

  • Destination country
  • Package weight
  • Package dimensions

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • VELA & OAK cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing an order.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email (where available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active after shipment.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

VELA & OAK cannot be held responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.

Orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address may be subject to additional reshipping costs.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

While VELA & OAK is not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, our Customer Care team will gladly assist where possible in resolving shipping-related issues.


9. Shipping Delays

Unexpected shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Peak holiday seasons
  • Force majeure events

Although we always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, VELA & OAK cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
